Hello everyone! I’m in such a great mood b/c I just received my exam scores for Creative Writing/Screenwriting Class! *Drum Roll*–95/100! Ahh, it feels great, I studied so hard for it. Must keep on going!

I think it’s pretty obvious everyone here knows I love films. So the Oscar nominees were announced yesterday! The Hurt Locker (Bigelow 2009) & Avatar (Cameron 2009) are nominated for NINE Academy Awards, following Inglourious Basterds (Tarantino 2009) with EIGHT. Here’s the tragic part: I still haven’t seen Avatar. Here’s the more tragic part: When Avatar first opened in theaters, I was there to watch Nine (Marshall 2009) instead on the same day. That big line people waiting to see Avatar, I passed right through them. First I thought Nine was gonna be an awesome film, but it wasn’t (it failed at some parts which lead to a huge disappointment). So this friday might be my chance to catch the film, if my boss is nice enough to let me go from work early. Anyway, leave some feedback if you saw the movie or not. Or if you would strongly recommend it for me–or not
